Store Policies

Contact:
Within 3 business days of receiving your Contact information/email I will contact you regarding your order. There we will discuss which products you would like, desired fabrics, sizing, time line and any other questions or concerns.

Payment:
Full payment is due before I begin working on your items. Please send payment within 48 hours of payment request being received.
Local payment accepted included: Cash, money order, cashiers check, or Paypal.
Out-of-state payment accepted: Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Paypal.
Checks are not an option at this time.

Time line:
Depending on the size of your order, the time line could be anywhere from 3 day - 3 weeks from the time payment is received. This will be discussed with you before final payment is requested.

Wash/Care/Finishing:
All edges will be serged and finished for a long life without fraying. Please wash your garments in cold water, inside out, with similar colors. Dry on low or lay flat to dry to preserve colors.

Shipping:
A standard flat rate of $3.00 will be applied to every out of state order, to be applied to shipping, confirmation and packaging of your order. Insurance is always encouraged, though not required/included. If you would like insurance please let me know prior to sending final payment. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge
